Yes, absolutely. Many of our NRI clients attend from different countries simultaneously. We set up a shared video call that includes both partners wherever they are.
What legal framework applies to our marriage as NRIs?+
This depends on your citizenship, religion, and where you plan to register the marriage. Our legal guidance covers the Hindu Marriage Act, Special Marriage Act, and Foreign Marriage Act — and which applies to your specific situation.
Is the session available in English?+
Yes, all sessions are conducted in English. We can also accommodate Hindi and other languages depending on the counsellor.
How do we pay from abroad?+
Payment is processed via Razorpay which accepts international credit and debit cards. No international bank transfer is required.
Will you help us understand OCI card implications?+
Yes — OCI status, its implications for property ownership, marriage registration, and related documentation are all covered in our NRI legal guidance stream.
Can individual partners attend separately if schedules don't align?+
Yes. Each partner can complete the pre-session assessment independently and, where needed, attend separate sessions that are then synthesised by the counsellor.
